Hello-
The .dmp files fail to identify the problem but other files indicate a problem with the hard drive.
Would you first run a full scan of your drive using your anti-virus software to see if it detects a problem. You might even want to run the free Malwarebytes.
If it doesn't, I suggest going to Accessories and doing a right click on the Command Prompt and selecting "run as administrator." Then, run "chkdsk /f." Don't use the period (.) in the command- it's just there for correct english. Then, report back if you're still having the problem.
Hello @wither 2
I've done the full virus scan as well as free malwarebytes scan, nothing indicates a problem. Also the dump file shows there is a problem with "ntoskrnl.exe" Microsoft kernel system. What is causing that? Also do i have to run the scan for "f" drive for chkdsk command? or each drive individually?
Thanks.
Here it is
