    BSOD after opening more than one application , 0x0000009c


    Hey guys, so i just using my computer and recently it started to show 0x0000009c MACHINE CHECK EXCEPTION which i have no idea what i did as nothing was done to the computer even updates.

    Hope someone can help me on this as its becoming quite frequent as even opening more than one application will cause it to go into error mode.

    The .dmp fails to identify the exact cause of the bug check.

    However, there are several instances of the system being unable to install the driver for the keyboard and mouse and a problem with Spy Bot in the event logs.

    it would be a good idea to do a full system scan using your AVG anti-virus and, also, the free Malwarebytes.

    Your report states that you are using a Non Genuine copy of software / the Operating System
    This forum's Rules clearly state that help will not be provided to those using Non genuine Software.
