    This is usually a driver issue. You might check in Device Manager to see if there are any error indicators shown (yellow/black exclamation).

    It would be beneficial to see the minidump file.

I have to read a lot of PDF's, the problem is obviously if I have to restart or turn off my PC, when I re-open them, they are back at the beginning.
