Windows 7 BSOD

I've been having frequent BSODs lately

This sometimes happen when I close or exit a game I was playing like Prototype and Borderlands, so I assumed it's a graphic driver error and something like a cdd.dll file. I have the latest driver from Nvidia right now btw (Nvidia 9500GT)

I have a C2Q 8400
2x 2GB Kingston RAM
MSI P6NGM-L mobo
latest BIOS firmware and display driver

Some say just keep on disabling-enabling the virtual memory. I tried it again a few days ago and no problem whatsoever but eventually BSODs appears again every now and then. Please help!

I attached a screenie of BlueScreenView of my latest minidump file and the file itself...

I don't have my past crash dumps because I haven't enabled the creation of minidumps back then.

Thanks and greatly appreciated!

Hello

Once again AVG manages to ruin a user's experience on their pc. As I've been saying, they belong to be banned from the net, unless it's users that are installing a wrong version or something like that. I have to ask myself, "How could it be that this software is so poor?"

Uninstall it off the system and it will be well.

If you want the pc to be even better, update these drivers and/or apps they belong to:

yes i agree with the above post. also microsoft are offering a free antivirus that although basic has BETTER detection rates than AVG. its HERE and its free

you can also use Avast its pretty good and free aswell. but if you going to pay for an antivirus then kaspersky is pretty great (although some users have had problems with it, i never have though)

So in short my anti-virus is the source of the problem and this cdd.dll thing?
What is its connection from when I close a game the BSOD occurs?

Thanks for the reply. I'll still try uninstalling AVG and see if it works. Any anti-virus apps recommendations?
