Wow.. This is funny as hell.

I formatted and reinstalled windows 7 32bit ultimate K twice and still got the same problem.

So as you told me, I was tried to give a shot for Windows Vista 32bit ultimate K, and It did not show any BSOD with nvidia drivers

It is working good.. but it made me pretty mad about windows 7.

Because I would like to use Windows 7 rather than windows vista.

It is much faster on my laptop and I like windows 7's interface.

So I will use vista for a while and if there are no BSODs, then is it windows 7 and nvidia's compability problem?

This is ridiculous..
