BSOD while updating Overwatch error bad_pooler (debug file attached)

    Hello Friends,

I was recently updating Overwatch and Destiny 2 and while doing so, my PC suddenly froze for a solid minute and Boom shakalaka BSOD. This happened 3 times last week as well. At first I just thought it was my fault but i kept getting same error on the BSOD. Error BAD_SECTOR_POOLER or BAD_POOLER( not sure which) I will update this post next time I see it.
I have attached the zip file according to forumrules. Please let me know if you need anything more
Thank you for all the help

    Hello Adgj533

I've looked at both crash dumps which occurred at the end of 2018 and they both point to the network driver netwsw02.sys as being the problem. This driver needs updating. Use the Intel website if the Laptop website does not have an update.

    Code:
    NETwNs64 ___ Intel(R) Wireless ___ Intel(R) Wireless Kernel Manual Running OK TRUE FALSE 684,032 2,072,576 0 5/3/2014 5:39:36 PM C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\Netwsw02.sys 4,096
Report back to let me know if this works.

hey Phil, My specs were out of date and I updated it so please take a look. My motherboard is Asus z97-k and I looked at their website and no new drivers. But I did download latest drivers for intelwebsite. I am using a network card to connect my desktop to Wifi, I don't remember the make and model but if you want I can open up the case and take a look. I will try updating the games again and will post here if the issue is solved or not. @philc43

Thanks for your help, appreciate it
