Hi-
Please follow the procedure in this thread- Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions
and post the .zip file.
didn't I attached the zip? sorry I'm not good with computers
Yes, the .zip was posted but the only thing in it is the .dmp file. It doesn't provide enough information to track down the cause of the problem. Following the instructions in the link I provided, will provide additional files which will help narrow down the cause.
Update, disable or uninstall your MSI DPC Latency Tuner driver - amifldrv64.sys - it is the cause of your lone BSOD.
Driver Reference Table - amifldrv64.sys
Out of curiosity, how did you determine that? It's not highlighted in my copy of the .dmp.
I see the driver at multiple places, like in the callstack where the amifldrv64 makes a call to free up memory.

Yes, that's in the dump. Are you sure you have set up your debugging tool properly and have the right symbols downloaded?
@forthemame, please provide the logs requested.
Thanks for replying. I'm still learning about these things.
I'm strictly using bluescreenview. How does one use the debugger and what are the symbols you're referring to?
