    Frequent BSOD, bugcheck returns 0x0000009f

Having difficulty tracking down the cause of this issue.
Laptop started experiencing BSOD last fall but rarely. Now becoming a daily event.
Found AVAST installed their secure browser and Chrome was installed but never used so removed both.
Found this site and am hoping someone can provide pointers to get rid of the problem.

This laptop is used by my better half and pressure to resolve is increasing.

I see that this bugcheck code is associated with drivers. How do I figure out which one is the issue?

The driver causing the issue is identified in the blocked IRP as e1c62x64.sys (Intel(R) 82579LM Gigabit Network Connection Driver)

    Code:
    0: kd> !irp fffffa800b70e820

You need to update this driver either from the INTEL download site or the DELL website.

Ok, downloaded latest driver from Dell, version appears to be same as currently installed. 12.6.45.0 I believe

Went ahead and updated anyway. Will observe behavior.
PC runs in a Dell dock on wired ethernet.
Interesting, in Device Manager driver date is Feb 2013, Dell site says driver updated Dec 2018
Dell Support Assistant will not install, errors out with "We encountered an error while validating the catalog file,. This may be due to a lost internet connection."
Other browsing continues with no issues.

Will wait and see but suspect I still have a problem.

You might find a more recent driver on the Intel Download site. You can get it to do an automatic check.

Yep, Intel loaded a new driver. So far so good. Machine seems more stable and network connection is holding strong.
Previously network tray icon would gain a yellow triangle with exclamation point icon. Even with this flag, internet access existed but minor issues were apparent and after some period of time machine would hang then BSOD on reboot.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I will give it a couple days then mark as solved

Ok been a week now with no BSOD. System seems stable after installing the latest Intel driver for the network adapter. Marking this as solved.
    Thanks again for all suggestions.
