    BSOD Reference_by_pointer, error 0x00000018


    Hello.

    I am posting here after a long time. Hoping to get some solution ASAP.

    I am getting this BSOD Reference_by_pointer error 0 x 18 for couple of times. I don't know what causing the problem so I am posting here. Please help me find a solution.

    I have attached the required zip file with the post.

    Please help me out.

    It looks to me as if you need to update your graphics drivers.

    Visit your MB website or update directly from the AMD graphics website.

    My GPU is AMD Radeon HD 6670, a legacy GPU with a legacy software. Cannot update from the current version of the software as the website already mentioned it.

    What can I do to prevent it?

    It might be worth rolling back to an earlier driver as yours is an old card. Try one from 2015.
