There's never a 100% certainty when it comes to BSOD troubleshooting, but considering the consistencies in the crashes I could say that I'm sure.

Code:
===============================================================================
Section 2 : x86/x64 MCA
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Descriptor @ fffffa8005841148
Section @ fffffa80058412d0
Offset : 664
Length : 264
Flags : 0x00000000
Severity : Fatal

Error : GCACHEL2_ERR_ERR (Proc 0 Bank 2)
  Status : 0xb60000000001010a
  Address : 0x000000005927a5c0
  Misc. : 0x0000000000000000

The red marked code is pretty consistent in the crashes, they imply that a problem occured in core 1 or 2 at cache level 2 of the CPU.
This kind of consistencies are very often due to the CPU or the socket on the motherboard.

This is one reported problem that led me to believe the problem was an external device-

"The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk1\DR3."
It's not always DR3. From what I can find out, this usually refers to an external disk. axe0 may correct me.

I've asked before- where is your modem connected? There are errors in one log that are related to a modem.

This is the error I believe axe0 was referring to-

"A corrected hardware error has occurred.

Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Corrected Machine Check
Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error"

I didn't think the latter was the cause when I saw it originally but axe0 is more knowledgeable than I am about these things.

Also, how many ports does that card reader have?

That's actually not what I refer to.
That event is a corrected hardware error, what I posted is from the WHEA dump which is an uncorrectable hardware error. They are related, but not the same.
