BSOD hal, Acer TravelMate B115 M

Hello
Please find attached the zip file concerning these BSOD.
I tried updating all drivers I could find on acer website, and BIOS update.
Whocrashed does not tell me which driver could be the cause.
Thanks for your help

Did you follow the instructions for posting BSOD problems? Just asking because the only thing in the .zip are .dmp files. It's usually beneficial to have the other files.

Looks like you've been getting the same BSOD for about a year and they come in bunches. Anything you can think of you did in the last year that may be contributing?

Go to Accessories. Right click on Command Prompt and select "run as administrator."

Type in- SFC /Scannow

Let it run.

If it finds and fixes anything, reboot and run it again.

Yes I did follow the instructions, I saw some windows generating reports, but they were not included in the zip file, I don't know why. I can't think of anything I did in the last year that may be contributing.
I ran sfc /scannow, it did find and repair errors. I ran it again and now it says everything is fine.
But BSOD still happens. I can reproduce it 100% when running a MBAM scan. Always happen in the middle of the scan

Thanks.

Do you happen to also have Kaspersky installed?

Would you run DM and post the latest files?

I don't have kapersky
I ran DM again, it generates all files, but it compress only .dmp that's weird. I compressed the whole generated folder, myself please find it attached.
Thanks.

Do you have the latest update to Malwarebytes? There was a problem with Malwarebytes that kept people from installing updates in December. An update was issued to fix that. I don't see where Malwarebytes caused a problem when you ran it.

Do you have all the Windows updates installed?

What external devices do you have on your system?

I installed MBAM just a few days ago, it is not the only cause of my BSOD, but I noticed I could reproduce it easily with it.

I have all windows update installed
My only external device is a mouse.

Is your modem an external device?

Other than maybe a DVD or CD player, do you have anything else connected like a thumb drive, card reader, etc. The reason I ask is because there's an error with a disc drive but the description fits that of an external device.

Open Control Panel, Device Manager. Look to see if there's any errors (yellow triangle) associated with any devices. You might have to open the USB controllers section.

Since MBAM is causing problems, I would check for updates or uninstall it temporarily to see what's going on otherwise.

This looks like a motherboard issue, or a faulty CPU.

I don't think you have warranty?

@wither 2 : There is an empty card reader (integrated), and nothind else is connected. There is no yellow triangle in device manager
MBAM is just helping me to reproduce the issue more often, I installed it a week ago and i noticed it can do it. But I had the BSOD before, just less often. So uninstalling it would not help me.

@axe0 : How can I be sure it's hardware issue, and not software ? No, there is no warranty anymore.
