BSOD suddenly, after I reinstall Windows

I receive BlueScreen Error immediate when I install Windows, drivers and browser.
But when can be this BlueScreen?I test all programs which I install but nogthing, I can't found where can appear this issues.
BSOD is first, after I have another issues:
    - create an admin account named "admin$" - please look attach

    - in browser when I start it appear one blank page in addition
    - if I disable firewall from Windows will be aded automatically to on, even if I disable it again (for some game servers hosted on PC must this to can connect another players), but I don't receive this when I run that servers, I test and isn't from them.

    My PC specification:
Processor: AMD Athlon X2, 2.8 Ghz
    RAM: 4GB DDR2, 800 Mhz
Video card: AMD ATI HD 4670
HDD: 1TB Samsung 32Mb Buffer Cache
    Power Supply: Segotep, SG-600B 500W

I have and another BlueScreen Error, I can't catch a photo because isn't to much time left.
    Was something about:
    "srv.sys, page_fault_in_nonpaged_area, dumping hard-disk files... and count to 100%"

You have two threads going which are related. I asked you to post the .zip in that thread. It would be preferable to continue to work in the other thread.

Post the .zip file in that thread.

Very noisy is HDD I think, fry continuously...
I don't have any idea, is from HDD this problems, from power supply, from Windows, from drivers etc.

Certainly it is that BSOD's errors.
