Computer keeps on freezing, sometimes BSOD

it's weird cause the nVidia drivers page offer version 15.49 which i have installed on my computer but the asrock motherboard downloads page offer version 15.37 for download.

i assumed that 15.49 was the most updated version so i downloaded and installed it.

Here are 15.51 but that isn't going to help you. Notice the versions it supports and how yours is not included. So that's why I directed you to mobo page.

So, I'm just posting this for information. Don't use it to install or anything, heh heh. Install from the motherboard page only, to ensure that it's installed from there. Otherwise, nothing may be installed or important updates could be missed out.

well

did everything. uninstalled network driver and then reinstalled. ran a strong malware check of malwarebytes because of that cng.sys file. it came up with nothing.

i must say the main errors these days that are accumulating really fast in the event viewer are mostly service control manager errors.

computer ran fine after i did all i was told to do, then i put it to sleep (and i must say as well that above all the fan continues running even thought the computer is in sleep mode...) and when i turn it back on it was kind of obvious to me that in a matter of minutes or so it will freeze again and show a BSOD.

i added the minidump file...

does that mean we are going to try this last solution that you wrote about?

Please rename this driver to spyder3.bak then reboot and see how it goes:

And update this network driver as well. You can use the device manager if necessary, while pointing to a new driver download you've gotten.

Right click on it. Update driver software. Browse. Let me pick. Have disk. Browse. Find the .inf and double click on it. Hit ok. Hit next:

after updating the ethernet driver i see this error in the event viewer.

Is the internet working? If so, don't worry about it because it fixed itself.

If not, set a static ip address using a free Open DNS server, in Windows for the IPv4 line in network connections properties.

You may have removed Bonjour incorrectly sometime prior. In this case, reset the network stack.

there we go once again. it seems as if when ever i make a change the computer is fine for between an hour to a day and then it goes back to this circle of bsods from which there's no getting better. here's a file attached.
