anyway to delete all drivers from recovery to get safemode working?

i have a hard drive from a Lenovo X200s laptop im trying to get into
i just had it working a second ago in safemode i was hoping to do an upgrade install to fix the install to actually work withotu losing all my programs + files + settings from befoer the laptop broke

    i had it working!
and then windows tried to install a driver or somethign when i was in safe mode
and now i get BSOD + i cant get safe mode to work again

is there anyway to remove all the drivers from the recovery console?

i got it installed in a P5b deluxe with Q6600 Cpu
it was working in safe mode for about 3-4 reboots and now im screwd again

Have you transferred the hard disk from the Lenovo to a different machine?
    Yes, it seems you have.
i got it installed in a P5b deluxe with Q6600 Cpu
That often requires adjusting to new hardware.

i was in safe mode.. and then it was installing a driver in safemode..
    What does that mean?

You are not very clear. Can you get into safe mode - or does it stick at the loading drivers screen and go no further?

There is usually a black screen which lists the drivers loading as you are going into safe mode - likely the one you are getting stuck at is the last one showing..

You could use this boot media:

    17514x86.iso
    17514x64-v10.iso

Boot it up and you can the usual things - chdsk, sfc, etc

Then use the boot media to put a copy of your windows-install-partition-letter:windows\system32\config folder into a compressed zip file and post it here.

like i said; i successfully had it booting into SAFE MODE on the new computer; meaning i was able to get into the choose account screen, pick the account and enter password and log in to see "Safe mode" in each corner of the screen.. but then i saw a baloon showing it was installing drivers.. and when i restarted it no longer made it into safe mode, but BSOD'ed before hand

the only reason i restarted was because i had to connect a sata dvd drive as the pata one was not seen; and then it didnt let me back in; i was going to attempt a "repair install" or "upgrade install" without losing my files + settings.. which is my goal here

Probably because it is on different hardware.

If you use the boot media I already linked ( in my previous post) to get a copy of your registry hives , put them in a compressed zip and post it here, we may be able to fix it.

If you had done that a while ago, it might have been fixed by now.

[It is also possible to use that boot media to uninstall drivers from the afflicted OS, but i don't recommend it at this stage. You don't know which driver(s) are causing the problem. you might screw it up completely]
