I just got back from traveling.

I noticed you had reuploaded the same zip file when I asked you to run commands, I asked you to run commands to generate files because the uploaded zip file does not contain all requested files.

You're right, I'm sorry. The names of the zip files are a bit misguiding.

Your latest uploaded zip file is empty (22 bytes).

Could you upload the kernel dump in C:\Windows\MEMORY.dmp to onedrive, google drive, dropbox or a similar service and post a share link. One of the dumps requires a kernel dump to have a look at, because the minidump doesn't have relevant information.

I almost forgot. If the mouse software (Razer Chroma SDK) is unnecessary, it can be turned off
so what i need to do is uninstall VMware, Chroma SDK driver, and update the intel management driver. What else?
      My Computer

    That's all. So:
    1. Uninstall VMWare
    2. Uninsatll Chroma SDK driver
    3. Update Intel management engine driver
