BSOD waking up from sleep, though not always

OK, I have a very old install of windows 7 ultimate 64 that used to be on a AMD 1090t board and now it's on a I7 980 and it basically just booted to the new board mostly fine after I got most all of the drivers etc sorted out. I didn't have to do anything for it to boot after plugging the boot drive into the new board, it just booted and ran but there were driver issues as it went along I mostly fixed. I think a Bluetooth driver or something isn't responding on wake up fast enough so it crashes and later reboots into the logon screen. I Mostly use this box to run my media center to record my HDTV cable shows and I have a windows 10 pro box running a newer 2011 board with a I7 4960x I use for my regular stuff and re-coding videos I edit the commercials out of.
It's a P6T deluxe with 16 gig of ram and a old NVIDIA GT 640 graphics card. I have a 480 gig SSD SATA boot drive and some various data drives. I have included the zip file of one of the latest crash reports so hopefully some of you experts can tell me what's going on exactly so I can get it stable from sleep again, Thanks.
I did try to migrate to a even newer 2011 board but it crashes before it can fully boot with it very quickly so gave up on that idea for now, though I may try to do a full install on another drive sometime if possible but this one works so want to sort it completely out.

So you think the Logitech drivers are causing the problem according to the crash report? Thanks, I'll try updating and see if it helps but I don't think it's been asking for a update lately.

OK, updated the Logitech drivers and firmware but it again crashed when trying to wake up tonight. Here's the latest log
At least it reboots to the login screen but it is running underneath so my TV captures have continued to work as it will sit a bit then reboot and run underneath.

I also noticed the presence of a driver from Kaspersky in the logs, so uninstall it and replace it with MSE. If that doesn't work then uninstall Logitech SetPoint too

Well originally I had deleted the setpoint stuff so adding it back didn't change anything. I have been using Kaspersky for years, way before the scare came out and it has always worked well and stopped the occasional bad thing from getting in and still is. I'm not aware of any issues it's caused and my 10 machine wakes up fine with it in the background and my 7 box did before I upgraded the board as well. I spose I can give it a shot and see what happens just in case. Just glad it still runs at the boot screen so my captures still work so if worse comes to worse I'll live with it. Been wondering if it would be worth going to 8 or 8.1 seeing how all I really want is WMC to work properly so I can continue to use it till somebody else provides a solution that can work with a cable card tuner and do pay channels, the others can not.
