BSOD Stop 0x000001e while gaming

Heya,


Over the past week I've been getting more frequent BSODS of STOP 0x000001e. It started last week where it'd happen once a day, every evening where I'd be gaming or so and has gotten progressively worse it feels like. Right now it's happening within 5-10 minutes of playing a game. It _only_ happens when playing games, and only happens when playing League of Legends, haven't had it with other games. Sometimes the screen turns black, the sound starts looping but stays on and the pc restarts, other times it shows the BSOD and then restarts.



This lead me to believe it was my video card, I have an AMD Radeon RX Vega 64 since about a year now.
I've already tried updating its drivers, completely removing the drivers and reinstalling older versions but it keeps giving BSODs. The very weird part is that it also sometimes (50/50) BSODs when trying to install the AMD graphics driver. It will say "checking for driver versions" when opening the installer and will then give an IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD so to install the driver in the first place I had to restart my pc like 3 times, third time it didn't BSOD and I was able to install, also very peculiar.


Furthermore, it seems that my computer does no longer write down minidumps after the in-game BSOD, I have enabled minidumps to %SYSTEMROOT%/minidumps, have checked all the boxes but after the BSOD the folder will still be empty. The BSOD itself even says:

 Initializing disk for crash dump. . .
Physical memory dump complete.
Contact your system admin etc etc

So it seems like it has successfully dumped the memory but it never writes it onto disk.


What I've already tried:
Turning down the clock on the GPU with Afterburner.
Running /sfc scannow to check for disk problems with BSOD dump writing, no errors.
Running memory scan, no errors.
Installing different versions of the AMD GPU Drivers, no fix.




I've had most of the parts for about 3 years now, is it maybe a PSU failure? that'd be odd.


I'm unsure what to do anymore, thanks for any help.
