BSOD with new MB RAM and CPU
I have 2 win7 installations, ny older one and a fresh one. I installed the new one on a newer hard drive because the older hard drive is not the best, and I'm going to keep win7 as my secondary OS, with linux being my main.
However, none of this matters because I cannot access anything. Both flash a blue screen and reboot. The error message is STOP: 0x0000007B (0xFFFFF880009A98E0, 0xFFFFFFFFC0000034, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000
Startup repair hangs, and SFC /SCANNOW doesn't work a repair is pending, but it isn't. I have a flash drive with the windows 7 setup on it, but it freezes as soon as it gets to the language and keyboard selection screen.
The Motherboard is a GIGABYTE B365 HD3, the memory is g.Skill ripjaws V 16 GB 2x8 (also tried booting with one stick, has worked in the past, didn't work this time though) and the cpu is a intel i3-9100F.
Any help will be appreciated.

hi
that stop code means the comp cant find the drive.
please check bios is it set to ide or ahci, swap to the other and see if it boots
not quite sure from your post are you dual booting on this comp
if so it could be the grub loader is incorrectly set up

I checked, and it's set to ahci. There's no IDE option, only Intel RST Premium With Intel Optane System Acceleration. I'm only dual booting because I have two windows 7. I haven't installed Linux yet, so no GRUB unless microsoft uses it.
I tried Intel RST Premium With Intel Optane System Acceleration and it booted straight to the flash drive, because it did not recognise any of my hard drives as bootable. Still, the windows setup was not responding, and there was no cursor.

What was the old cpu and ram

What was the old cpu and ram
AMD FX-8350
the RAM was 8gb of Corsair XMS3 and 8 GB of Corsair Vengeance Pro. It was DDR3. This is now DDR4 and the BIOS is much more advanced.

Good to know, but I don't have any SSDs, much less intel ones.
I've done some research and it seems that newer intel processors are not compatible with anything below windows 8. Can anyone else confirm this?
