    Laptop win pro 7 - blue screen when shutting down


    My troubles started after I ran clean my drive tool, nice.

    Any ideas??

    Yes. You did not put the zip file from the program mentioned in the link above and therefore we do not have access to crash dumps, not to mention your hardware configuration or information about the BIOS, system, drivers, etc.

    ME: I thought this is the file you want, see post comment : 122319-12714-01.txt, is actually this file122319-12714-01.dmp, so replace txt with dmp

    ME: Is this not it: 'ProBook System Info.txt'

    If not how do I get the info you need?

    Well, unfortunately you need to put the crash dump in the correct form (i.e. as a dmp file not as a text)

    I said do this

    22319-12714-01.txt, is actually this file122319-12714-01.dmp, so replace txt with dmp

    download the txt file and replace the .txt with .dmp and you are ready to review it

    Nope, it`s not .dmp file
