is BSOD in Mar of 2020 a coincidence

I had not seen a BSOD on my laptop or on any of my computers since the days of Windows Mellenium . I am currently running fully updated windows 7 home premium and have been since 2010. Now that support for windows 7 has ended it just seems like some kind of weird coincidence that I have had to BSODs in the last 2 days . Am I being forced to upgrade to win 10 or else???

Don't be silly - of course it's coincidental.

Should I migrate to next OS after 2020?
I see that Windows 7 will end support in year 2020. After 2020, what should I do? Migrate to next OS or keep Windows 7? When I don't migrate to other OS after 2020, what will happen with Windows 7?
