BSOD bluetooth driver install toshiba, error 0x0000003B

I formatted my Toshiba laptop last week, I installed all drivers normally, but after completed of install Toshiba Bluetooth Stack Software I got BSOD and doesn't work.

I got this issue before 8 or 10 years and I solved it but I don't remember how

You download this file, extract it somewhere on the disk and in the Device Manager you are looking for the LPC Interface Controller device, select the option "Update driver software" there, select the manual search option and indicate the folder where you extracted the downloaded driver and in that way update the driver

I tried this unfortunately can't installed due to system not compatible with Win7 bit 64, its for Win10, can you Please send me link for Win7 bit 64?

Is that the message? Hmm, but wait. You have an Intel processor, so you should have LPC drivers from Intel. See if there are any driver updates in the Intel Chipset Device Software - Support for Intel(R) Chipset Software Installation Utility
Or Intel Driver & Support Assistant - Intel(R) Driver & Support Assistant

Yes, can you help me to find the driver? I searched on Intel but I didn't find it!

sorry bro I used all this but unfortunately its not find, I think my driver LPC Interface Controller latest update, are you sure the issue from it?
