BSOD After Fresh Install Of Windows 7

Hi guys! I recently helped my girlfriend reset her 2013 HP Beats Laptop. Unfortunately after installing mozilla and bit defender, we keep getting the BSOD after about 10 mins of up time. We are trying to use this for school and the constant BSOD doesn't please the teacher lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi!

Your dump seems to be indicating that you have several drivers that are extremely out of date.

    Code:
    Browse full module list
    start end module name
    fffff880`01217000 fffff880`015bb000 iaStor T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: iaStor.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\iaStor.sys
        Image name: iaStor.sys
Browse all global symbols functions data

        Information from resource tables:
These 2 specifically are the Intel Rapid Storage Technology and the Intel Graphics drivers. Consider updating both, but mainly the RST one, since that seems to be what's causing your BSODs and what are the oldest. Here is a link to get them.

    Link2113:

What is the exact serial number(S/N) and product number(P/N) on that 2013-era laptop?
Once it is correctly identified and its support site is located, it should be easier to help you.

After you factory reset that laptop to a 7-years old out-of-date condition, did you bring Windows 7 up-to-date to its official EOL date of January 2020?

I would advise against putting out your S/N out in the open for privacy-related reasons. There are rarely any scenarios where we'd benefit from knowing it. Do update your system and drivers, if they aren't already up to date, though.

There's no security issue with submitting the serial number.
That's how a computer is correctly identified and how its support site is located.
We request that information all the time in another forum where I've been a member for 18 years.

The serial number is made to identify your exact unit. The identification number is made to identify what type of unit you have. Even though you can't do much with a SN, it should be kept rather private and the identification number should be used whenever possible.

Thank you so much Laith! I will work on this right now. I can't believe I overlooked making sure windows was updated. Of course when I go to check for updates I get this error (see attached). I am hoping it is an easy fix and will do some googling, any input would be greatly appreciated. I will keep you posted on the results. Thanks again!

Hey Flavalee, thank you for your reply! I completely overlooked the update like a buffoon. I tried to check for updates but got an error message (see my other screenshot). Another hoop to jump through lol but I greatly appreciate it. This is the laptop HP Pavilion dm4-3090se Beats Edition review: HP Pavilion dm4-3090se Beats Edition - CNET

HP Pavilion dm4-3090se Beats Edition Entertainment Notebook PC
Its about a 9 years old model which originally came with Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit.
Here are the listed product specifications for it.

I would have done a clean re-install of Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit, then install the needed device drivers, then run Simplix Update Pack 21.1.15 (which brings it up to date to January 2021).
Once you have everything readily available, the entire process can be done in about 3 - 4 hours.
And you have a notebook without all the unnecessary and outdated bloatware that originally came in it.
