Random BSOD on Win 7 64bit.Probable cause: ntoskrnl.exe

Hi, I am running Windows 7 HP 64-bit and I have gotten 5 random BSOD's while being on the internet. I have opened the dump files and 4 of them say that probable cause is: ntoskrnl.exe ( nt+69063 ). I have attached a .rar file with the 5 dump files.

    Thank you,
    Edgar

    Hi.

Update the chipset drivers from the motherboard manufacturer or chipset maker.

These are drivers that need updating or uninstall from system if unimportant:

    athrxusb athrxusb.sys Mon Jan 29 07:57:10 2007
    LVUSBS64 LVUSBS64.sys Thu May 10 00:21:07 2007
    LV302V64 LV302V64.SYS Thu May 10 00:22:39 2007
    lv302a64 lv302a64.sys Thu May 10 00:21:51 2007
    pcouffin pcouffin.sys Fri Jun 30 09:40:29 2006
    regi regi.sys Mon Apr 16 11:19:10 2007
    secdrv secdrv.SYS Wed Sep 13 09:18:38 2006
    000 000.fcl Fri Sep 26 09:11:22 2008

Update to latest video card driver too.

    Hi,

Today I had another BSOD, but this time it said it was caused by Reference_by_pointer. I have attached the dump file. Any help would be appreciated.

    thanks in advanced.
