Different errors spread out across the system - points to (IMO) a hardware failure.
    Let's try this:
    MSINFO32
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

    Drivers haven't been updated:
    Code:
    lv321av.sys Wed Feb 15 08:00:30 2006
    atikmdag.sys Wed Oct 03 23:13:44 2007
    lvusbsta.sys Wed Feb 15 07:56:43 2006
    ozscr.sys Wed Nov 01 23:05:12 2006
Don't update using the "update driver software" function or by using Windows Update.
Visit the support website of the hardware device manufacturer.
If not available there, then visit the website of the PC manufacturer
If it's a software driver (such as CD/DVD burning or Antivirus) - visit the website of the program for updates.

Please redo the report, the uploaded one is corrupt.

Right click on the .nfo file and select "Send to"
    Then select "Compressed (zipped) folder"
Then upload the .zip file with your next post.

    Are these devices disabled deliberately?
    Code:
O2Micro SmartCardBus Smartcard Reader PCMCIA\O2MICRO-SMARTCARDBUS_READER-2E10\1 This device is disabled.
IrDA Fast Infrared Port ACPI\NSC6001\5&136BFE38&0 This device is disabled.
Acer OrbiCam USB\VID_046D&PID_0892\5&1ABB8595&0&8 This device is disabled.
Also, please check in Device Manager for other devices with problems. There's indications in the MSINFO32 file that you have issues with:
    Code:
ACPI\NSC6001 - Your IrDA Fast Infrared Port
    PCMCIA\O2Micro - SmartCardBus_Reader
    USB\VID_046D&PID_0892
    PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_71C5
    USB\VID_045E&PID_00B0
    USB\VID_046D&PID_C051
    USB\VID_047F&PID_0CA1
You can look up the PCI one's here: PCI Vendor and Device Lists
And the USB one's here: http://www.linux-usb.org/usb.ids

I suspect that there may be incompatibilities with some of the drivers that you may be using. Please only install Windows 7 drivers for the system. If you can't find a Windows 7 driver, then please post back for further suggestions.

Here's a list of the older drivers that were found during the memory dumps. I am particularly concerned with compatibility the first 3 drivers listed (those from 2005 and 2006):
    Code:
    ozscr.sys Thu Apr 21 09:58:36 2005
    lv321av.sys Wed Feb 15 08:00:30 2006
    LVUSBSta.sys Wed Feb 15 07:56:43 2006
    AGRSM.sys Mon Nov 10 09:56:37 2008
    atikmdag.sys Mon Dec 01 16:01:46 2008
    nscirda.sys Sat Jan 19 00:55:24 2008
Beyond that we're looking at video and USB issues. Please update your video drivers and check your video card for overheating, fan functionality, and lack of dust in the cooling parts. Please disconnect all USB device and leave disconnected until we're finished troubleshooting.

    Thanks for your help USASMA,

These devices are disabled by me.

    Code:
O2Micro SmartCardBus Smartcard Reader PCMCIA\O2MICRO-SMARTCARDBUS_READER-2E10\1 This device is disabled.
IrDA Fast Infrared Port ACPI\NSC6001\5&136BFE38&0 This device is disabled.
Acer OrbiCam USB\VID_046D&PID_0892\5&1ABB8595&0&8 This device is disabled.
I check for these devices, as you said

    Code:
ACPI\NSC6001 - Your IrDA Fast Infrared Port
    PCMCIA\O2Micro - SmartCardBus_Reader
    USB\VID_046D&PID_0892 - OrbiCam (webcam)
    PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_71C5 - ATI MOBILITY /ATI RADEON X1600 (graphic card)
USB\VID_045E&PID_00B0 - Digital Media Pro Keyboard (keyboard)
    USB\VID_046D&PID_C051 - MX518 mouse (mouse)
    USB\VID_047F&PID_0CA1 - Plantronics headset
So I updated every device's drivers which I found, but I still don't find new ones for that problematic devices =>

    Code:
ozscr.sys Thu Apr 21 09:58:36 2005 - Logitech OrbiCam (I updated drivers - from acer web, I found only for WIN-vista and DISABLED device - I don't use the webcam)
    lv321av.sys  Wed Feb 15 08:00:30 2006 - -||- SAME HERE (WEBCAM)
    LVUSBSta.sys Wed Feb 15 07:56:43 2006 - -||- SAME HERE (WEBCAM)

    AGRSM.sys Mon Nov 10 09:56:37 2008 - I don't know what is it, I think thats driver from modem, I didn't find driver so I disabled it.

atikmdag.sys Mon Dec 01 16:01:46 2008 - It might be grapic card driver, I instal new one (ati catalyst) yesterday so will see...

nscirda.sys Sat Jan 19 00:55:24 2008 - I think it is infra red, I do not found drivers, so I disabled the device
