Please help, BSOD whenever I try to even install WinDBG.

    Hi everyone,
I'm facing continuous "Windows Driver Framework" BSOD each time I try to install certain programs or even just wandering around.
At first I thought maybe was a hardware problem, so I tested my RAM with Memtest86 and also my VGA RAM, CPU and power with OCCT.
I have run Malwarebytes and CCleaner and at last I have tried to install WinDBG to figure it out myself but my computer keeps crashing each time.
I'm lost and exhausted. This problem has sucked the last 3 days of my life

I enclose a link to DM Log Collector results.

PLEASE if someone could help would be much appreciated

MrPepka, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your attention

This is what I've done so far:
    1. Update Logitech SetPoint and Logitech Options → BSOD
    2. Uninstall Logitech SetPoint and reinstall Logitech Options → no BSOD but screen freezes and restart needed
    3. Uninstall Logitech Options → same

I also have run Malwarebytes and CCleaner again without luck. Each time I try to install WinDBG my PC freezes and forces me to restart.

I have also tried to install WinDBG in Safe Mode but keeps giving a dll error I'm not able to fix whatever I do.

So finally I've run DM Log Collector again:

    I really don't know what's going on
