    Windows recovered from unexpected shutdown

    Hey friends,

I got Bluescreen today all of a sudden, it rebooted on its own & I am not sure what caused it. I was running a complete PC scan at the time, a media file was open in VLC, may be a command prompt in addition - not sure what caused it.

Here's the DM Log collector report - WeTransfer - Send Large Files & Share Photos Online - Up to 2GB Free

    Code:
     Problem Event Name:	BlueScreen
      OS Version:	6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
      Locale ID:	1033

    Additional information about the problem:
      BCCode:	50
      BCP1:	DB13D000
      BCP2:	00000001
      BCP3:	83074F33
      BCP4:	00000000
      OS Version:	6_1_7601
      Service Pack:	1_0
      Product:	256_1

btw! I ran sfc /scannow after the reboot & no errors were found.

I have saved minidump & sysdata.xml files as well, if they are needed.

I have run the tool & pasted the log link in my earlier post, uploaded it to "We Transfer" as suggested on the thread.

    Hi goodlad,

Have you experienced more crashes than the 0x50?

not really, these crashes are quite rare too, the last time it happened over 2-3 months back I think, maybe even more. I'm not sure what caused it.

If that continues to happen, while it may seem insignificant it better be addressed still. If you get another crash within the next few months, I recommend getting back here so we can resolve it.

Btw, do not perform any cleanup such as disk cleanup, CCleaner or something similar. These tools delete data that is necessary for the troubleshooting, if you do use them then we'd have to wait another 2-3 months before we can start troubleshooting due to lack of data.
