    Recovered from Unrecoverable error

    HP G56 4MB Win 7 Ult
The computer is mostly used for a week once / year to support an event and has done so for 5 or 6 years
In that period in runs 24/7

This year it has started to crash. I presume BSOD but I am never there when it crashes and it always restarts OK

    Log file attached

    Advice greatly appreciated

    Thanks

8gb stick?! Well occasionally a stick might be inserted but not when YourComputerName-xxxx.zip was created
"please run the full BSOD instructions" - I attached hpg56-15_04_2025__92551_37.zip - the output from Dm Log collector.
What else was I supposed to to?

    Hi

that report is way smaller than normal....
    lets try a different one
please run MSINFO32.. zip it and post

    • Click Start. Type msinfo32 in the Search box.
    • Right-click msinfo32.exe in the search results, and then click Run as administrator.

re RAM, your system specs are showing 12GB the dxd report is only showing 4GB installed
(msinfo32 will show me whats installed)

    Hi

Sorry for the delay. Missed the "zip and post" instruction.
Interestingly search box->msinfo32 produced 'not found'
    Task manager->Run->msinfo32.exe worked fine
