Reset the BIOS to default values (Auto timing for the RAM).
Run the memory test again. If it fails, RMA the RAM.

Even if the board is causing it - it's either replace the RAM or replace the motherboard.
Contact the RAM manufacturer for their recommendations.

I agree return it for RMA but make sure to review your voltage settings with this RAM. I know I had an issue and since I changed my setting I've been doing pretty good (knock on wood )

Good luck and keep us up to date

I am certain now the RAM is bad. i did set the voltage to 2.2 and timing to 5-5-5-15 and still got errors. i got more errors than before and i got a blue screen while the test was being done.

ok so i got the ram replaced with kingston hyperx two 2GB sticks, along with some cash since it was cheaper than the dominator.

this is a link for its reviews.

Here are some facts about your board and CPU.

4 x240-pin DIMM, Max. 16 GB, DDR2 1066/800/667 Memory
Dual Channel memory architecture
*Due to AMD CPU limitation, DDR2 1066 is supported by AM2+ CPU for one DIMM per channel only. Refer to ASUSTeK Computer for the memory QVL (Qualified Vendors Lists).

Very few people are aware of this limitation on AMD cpu's.
For that reason your board will only run 1066MHz memory speeds with one stick or in single channel mode.

You will need to run either 667MHz or 800MHz memory speed to have any chance at being stable while in dual channel mode.

good news, I did the same thing and went to another brand of 1066 RAM only because at the time I wasn't aware that the ASUS board would auto detect or set the voltage higher than I needed. Maybe that way for even this RAM but to be safe and to move to 2 sticks of 2G so I could move to 4G's I chose the Gskill.
