Take the wireless adapter out of the USB slot and then try to boot to normal mode.

If it works, put USB adapter back in. Then update using the device manager like this:

Right click it. Update driver software. Let me pick. Have disk. Browse. Navigate to the .inf. Double click it. Hit ok. Hit next.

Ok i finally got it to start up by pulling out one of the ram chips. I tested each one and they both start up. Weird. Anyways i was able to access the dump file for today and i want to see if the usb adapter is still the culprit because today it couldnt even start up or repair itself with the two ram chips in there. Again i tested each ram chip individually and it start up for each one. Yesterday i put in the windows 7 cd and did a memory diagnostic test it never finished because it froze but it did say there were hardware problems.

Update to the latest video card driver from NVIDIA's site, because of the 0x3b error:

"This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code."

You still have these drivers on the system which may be causing issues too:

WUSB54Gv4x64 WUSB54Gv4x64.sys Wed Dec 27 04:41:31 2006 << very important to update

And completely uninstall AVG << most important. Do this first.

Detailed info on locating the cause of memory errors in this link: Memory Diagnostics
You don't need to run the test in Step 6 as you already know there's memory problems.
Step 7 starts the isolation of individual chips and slots and will require burning the MemTest CD.

Uninstall AVG and if that doesn't help, follow what Usasama is saying about testing the memory.

(AVG causes things like you wouldn't believe lol - but Usasma really knows what he's talking about.)
