Does this error occur when you resume from sleep? If so, then the hotfix is for you.
Not going into sleep - but coming out of sleep. It does this because larger hard drives take so long to check when coming out of sleep.
I'm at the point here that I think it's either a hardware problem or a deep seated Windows corruption.
The "fix" for either is a clean, plain vanilla install of Win7. Get the Windows Updates, but don't get any drivers. Install an antivirus to protect you and nothing else. If it still crashes, then it's likely to be hardware.
