Win 7 ultimate keeps crashing

Hi all, I have uninstalled and reinstalled all the latest drivers available for my pc, but i'm still getting IRQ_LESS_OR_EQAUL errors. I ran BlueScreenView and it tells me that it's my oskernel.sys is causing the errors. Any advice?

Install the latest 15.51 chipset drivers from here:

Also, update this drivers or uninstall from the system if unimportant:

That is a system file and most likely is not causing the crash but the IRQ less or equal is most likely a memory problem. I have seen this many times when the memory settings aren't correct. Lucky for you I know the 780i better than most.

If you are running at spec 1333FSB and your memory at 1066MHz then you are using the unstable 8:5 divider. Sometimes that setting will work but most of the time it won't.

It's best to use a more stable divider on the 780i by changing the memory speed to "Unlinked" then setting the memory speed to 1000MHz which is using the much more stable 3:2 divider.

You should also change from Optimal memory setting to Expert then set your memory timings and voltage to manufacture specs manually.

For 1066MHz memory speed on the 780i, it's better to use at least 1600FSB which sets up a better divider but does involve overclocking your CPU.
