Alright, just finished with setting up ATT and fan speeds, hope that will be enough and I wont have to play with 100% fan speed and hardly hear anything else

Also thanks again for the antivirus info

So far its all right, just had an hour full of trying heavy games and it seems that the increased fan speed is helping a lot. Will report again in 1-2 days after more testing, but I hope it is fixed.

    Thanks everyone who helped :)

I have an infrared sensor that you can point at the card to get a direct reading. Got it from a ski tuning shop (for testing wax temps).

You may have answered your own question tho' - did you burn yourself when touching it? If so, then it's probably too hot. If you didn't burn yourself, then it's probably OK. This isn't very accurate, but it gives you a clue to start working with.

If it's too hot to touch, point a fan at it and then see if that makes things more stable. If it does, then heat is the problem.

Unfortunatelly I cant really do anything untill after xmass since I need the pc for the university, but at least when I open the case and set the fans on 100 speed it seems to do the trick. So far, at least, I had a BSOD only when I forgot to change the speed so it seems my problem is solved.

Again guys, thanks a lot, you saved me months of problems that kept coming back again and again even when I thought I had fixed them.
