Leaving it on overnight is fine. It's a computer and meant to be ran.

    Code:
    wacommousefilter wacommousefilter.sys Fri Feb 16 13:12:29 2007
    rimmptsk rimmptsk.sys Wed Nov 05 09:20:23 2008
    rimsptsk rimsptsk.sys Sat Oct 11 02:56:02 2008
    rixdptsk rixdptsk.sys Tue Jul 29 02:41:35 2008
    SynTP SynTP.sys Thu Aug 14 22:02:22 2008
    FwLnk FwLnk.sys Sun Nov 19 09:11:12 2006
    You can see in C:\Windows\System32\drivers

for the dates of drivers and if you've updated them or not.

If you don't want to leave it on all night, that's your decision.
We can't fix it if we can't have the tests run.
I'd suggest taking it to a PC repair shop to have the tests run for you. That way you won't have to worry about running it all night long.

I updated even more drivers and will run memtesx64 tonite. A couple more questions about memtest... do I just pop the CD in and turn the computer on? After I wake up in the morning what will happend and what should I do? I have had another BSOD this time i couldn't see the error message. Please analyze this dump for me and tell me what still is wrong. Thank you.

Are you running a 3rd party firewall? Uninstall it if so.

And update your networking driver(s) to latest.

Already have. Make sure you really don't have 3rd party firewall. Also, make sure you have latest driver for lan and wireless.

If you already do, run Memtest86+ overnight.

Sorry i didnt mean to not listen and offend you. I will run memtest tonite, i was just trying to think of all possible software reasons because this laptop never crashed in vista. Thanks for helping me though, i really appreciate it. I will run memtest tonite when I go to bed.

Ok, I finally ran memtestx86+ v.4.00 for over 6 hours. The test said there were no errors, there weren't any data logs or anything...
