Did you had the same problem before installing Norton ??

Also when the Explorer crashed Go to your Task Manager File > New Task > eventvwr check under Windows Log that you see any error ... That might say

if i have multiple apps open at the same time & if i do a ALT+TAB to switch to another window, it gives this error, "Windows Explorer has stopped working" Any ideas?:mad: is there a specific update available to fix this problem
