Dude, norton is known to screw your system more then it helps. No matter what you shouldn't use norton. My mom made the mistake of putting norton on her machine, not even 3 minutes after it finished installing, her system crashed with the blue screen then began restarting on its own 25 times in a row!!! That was norton fresh out the box. Retail over the counter, not pirated. Would hate to know what happens with pirated norton.
