Gwindor, I can't read the dump file, but I also had troubles with memory recently (OCZ, by the way)
Are you overclocking your memory or CPU? If so, try default settings and let us know what happens

No i m not overclocking at all.
My memory is brand new (i bought it yesterday) and i have test it many times with MEMTEST.
(The previous memory modules was faulty in memtest and thats why i replace them) I thought this was the prob in the beggining. After i replace the modules i also perform a clean install of WIN 7 Ultimate x64 and after a short period of time, da da, here is another anoying BSOD...

Please keep all of your posts together in one thread.
We are short of staff here, and it's very difficult to keep up with the sheer volume of posts that are made. Having to search around for information on other posts makes it even harder.

I now recommend these 3 steps for all new posts about BSOD's:
Please start by running these hardware diagnostics:
    Memory Diagnostics
    HD Diagnostic

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Malware
No specific issues noted in the BSOD's. Please post back with the results of the 3 tests above and we'll move on.
