Freezing issues

Okay so, my system just froze again and this time I checked the event log after I booted back up. (I was attempting to view a web page).

This is what it says:

The ANIO Service service failed to start due to the following error:
Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source.

What does this mean?

The "lag" that I mentioned earlier just happened again. I checked the event log for it this time.

It said:

Name resolution for the name Adobe timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded.

What do these messages mean? Once again, I'm not too computer savvy so I'm not sure what to do.
