This was likely caused by the following module: nvlddmkm.sys

    Dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\121609-49640-01.dmp
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\nvlddmkm.sys
product: NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 195.62
    company: NVIDIA Corporation
description: NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 195.62

    Ideas ?? Thanks

Completely uninstall the NVIDIA driver and reinstall it...

If it happens again...uninstall the NVIDIA driver and install an older driver.

If it STILL happens...it could be the OS interfereing with the driver or the hardware may be the cause

I uninstalled the 195 .. driver then restarted the computer ..

Ran this file - nasty file remover .. |MG| Nasty File Remover 0.7.2 Download

    re-booted - re-ran the above file ..\

the installed a older nvidia driver 191.07 and all is great ( I'm scared to put the latest nvidia driver back in ) ..
