You should try the latest drivers from Gigabyte for your board which are made for Windows 7 X64. You can get them here. GIGABYTE - Support&Download - Motherboard - Driver - GA-EP35-DS3L

Looks like your ATI display driver is causing your problems. I would try a different ATI driver and see if anything changes. Both dmp's are pointing to the same problem. Either the driver or the ATI software seems to be causing this problem. What are the GPU temps like before the crash?

    Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys
    DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: GRAPHICS_DRIVER_TDR_FAULT
    CUSTOMER_CRASH_COUNT: 1
    BUGCHECK_STR: 0x116

Information about the STOP 0x116 error: https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tml#post280172

If playing with video driver versions hasn't helped, make sure the box is not overheating. Try removing a side panel and aiming a big mains fan straight at the motherboard and GPU. Run it like that for a few hours or days - long enough to ascertain whether cooler temperatures make a difference. If so, it might be as simple as dust buildup and subsequently inadequate cooling."

Which is why I said this.> What are the GPU temps like before the crash?

This has something to do with the display driver or the ATI software.

Do you by any chance have Riva tuner installed?

here is what i had done

disassembled the PC piece by piece , clean them all from dust - there wasn't a lot cuz i clean it every 30~45 days - assembled it again ... worked great for 2 days and today i wake up turned it up and the problem is back again, the windows didn't load at all to give me a chance to find the GPU temp ...

the PC was turned off for at least 4 or 5 hours before i start it , we now at winter the weather is already cold ...

in safe mode i can work for hours without any problem .. shall i check my PC for virus !! but i don't think that i have one Kaspersky Internet Security 2010

I am using the windows xp and than installed windows 7 from the D drive in another drive as a dual operating system.
When i use windows 7 it automatically reboots and blue screen appears.
However this is not happening on windows xp.
I am not an expert in this field that is why my computer specs are also according to my understanding.
