    First:
Please start by running these hardware diagnostics:
Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)
HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link)

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Malware (read the details at the link)
    Next:
    Upload Dump Files
Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip up the contents of the folder. Then upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
{Left click on the first minidump file.
Hold down the "Shift" key and left click on the last minidump file.
Right click on the blue highlighted area and select "Send to"
Select "Compressed (zipped) folder" and note where the folder is saved.
    Upload that .zip file with your next post.}

If you have issues with "Access Denied" errors, try copying the files to your desktop and zipping them up from there. If it still won't let you zip them up, post back for further advice.

If you don't have anything in that folder, please check in C:\Windows for a file named MEMORY.DMP. If you find it, zip it up and upload it to a free file hosting service - then post the link to it.
Then, follow the directions here to set your system for Minidumps (much smaller than the MEMORY.DMP file): Set MiniDump

    Probably caused by : NETIO.SYS ( NETIO!CompareSecurityContexts+6a )
    Followup: MachineOwner

All the dmp's point to the same thing. From what I could read about this problem it's either the Nvidia network access manager causing problem or if you have "Zone Alarm" installed you need to uninstall it completely which should fix this problem.

Source: NetIo.sys causing my windows to BSOD? The mods at Technet even referred to this forum for the fix.

This is the link form the Technet forum pointing back to this forum for the fix. Read to the end.

Good luck with that Steve, the fact that you have Zone Alarm installed makes this fix seem more plausible.

I believe there is a newer version of Zone Alarm that may work for you. Let us know if uninstalling the older version fixes the problem.

What is strange is that Zone Alarm seems to only be crashing with certain types of network set ups and not others.
There are so many problems with AV software lately it's hard to keep up with which ones are causing crashes on which systems.

The guy did say this after he finally got it uninstalled. Haven't had a single crash since I uninstalled ZoneAlarm.
So I think this issue is solved

    Lets hope so anyway.
