    printer knocking out internet


    I am new here so i hope this is where i am suppose to put this problem, my printer is connected wireless and when ever i turn it on it blocks access to the internet. please help

Hi, I recently got a new computer with Windows 7 and installed the printer driver for the HP 1018 printer, and it prints from word, excel, pdf, etc., but it will not print from the internet. It just prints blank pages. Can anyone help? Thanks
