    Blue Screens during games

Hey, so I got a new computer (SYX SG-1500 Gaming PC - Core 2 Quad Q8300 2.5 GHz, genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium 64 Bit, 6GB DDR2, 750GB, GTX 260, FREE Batman: Arkham Asylum Game Download. at TigerDirect.com) and opened it on Thursday. The computer came with windows 7 and drivers all installed, all I had to do was set up my network and personal settings and was good to go. I immediately downloaded steam and then Left 4 dead 2. After about 30-50 min of playing, I crashed/rebooted. I shrugged it off but it happened again once I started it back up, in a shorter period of time than before. So I decided to try WoW. WoW seems to take much longer, but still crashes after about anywhere from 30 min to an hour and a half of game play.

One thing that is interesting is that as time went by, and I continued to crash in both l4d2 and wow, the error/way i crash kind of changes. I've had it where it goes black and then restarts, goes to a blue screen and freezes, goes to a blue screen very quickly and restarts, and goes black and turns off. The blue screens are almost always different as well.. here are the blue screens that I've gotten that stay on the screen

I have the most up to date video drivers and I am not exactly sure how to go about getting my motherboard stuff updated. I used the online MSI tool and it was giving me errors so I don't know :\

Any help is appreciated and I'd be happy to answer any questions for clarification in this!

    thanks!

    4 different crashes: STOP 0xBE, 0x50, 0x1E, and 0x3B

    Upload Dump Files
Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip up the contents of the folder. Then upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
{Left click on the first minidump file.
Hold down the "Shift" key and left click on the last minidump file.
Right click on the blue highlighted area and select "Send to"
Select "Compressed (zipped) folder" and note where the folder is saved.
Upload that .zip file with your next post.

If you have issues with "Access Denied" errors, try copying the files to your desktop and zipping them up from there. If it still won't let you zip them up, post back for further advice.

If you don't have anything in that folder, please check in C:\Windows for a file named MEMORY.DMP. If you find it, zip it up and upload it to a free file hosting service - then post the link to it.
Then, follow the directions here to set your system for Minidumps (much smaller than the MEMORY.DMP file): Set MiniDump

Alright thanks! I changed to minidumps but my memory.dmp is 90 mb even when compressed so it will be a bit before I have it uploaded!

Also, I got the following new bluescreen today... i'm hoping that the types of bluescreens I am getting will give you a better idea of the cause for them?

Please upload/attach the new minidumps. They'll be stored in the C:\Windows\Minidump directory. The picture points to a very common dump file: http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html#0x0000000A
I'm downloading the MEMORY.DMP file now.....

You mean to tell me that a prebuilt gaming computer made just for gaming is crashing while gaming? I think if I paid for a gaming computer that crashes during games I would be sending it right back to them.

Most likey it's an overheating problem or a power supply issue either of which should be covered by the warranty. After all it's a new computer with preloaded drivers which should all be updated right?

    try this? http://www.files.failedmiserably.com/data/Memorydmp.zip

I can't seem to find a minidump folder at all, but it seems like it is set right in the system properties.

yeah, doesn't that stink chev65? I really do not want to have to get stuff replaced, and my fingers are crossed that it's something I can fix from home (software/firmware) :\

    thanks

We are looking for the mini kernel dump files - c:\windows\minidump - are there any?

no there isn't even a windows->minidump folder right now. I have only crashed once since I changed the system restore settings from memory.dmp to minidumps. If the minidump folder should be in windows then it isn't there (I've shown hidden files). I think maybe my last crash didn't create a minidump folder for some reason?
