Did you do a clean install or upgrade install to Windows 7?
You might try a repair install to see if that may help. If not then a you may need to do a clean (format) install instead if you did a upgrade originally.

SFCRunning SFC /PURGECACH didn't work as the command was not found :S
Registry: I tried changing the Child Permissions and ticked it off, clicked apply and then it went back to being unticked O_O

I did a clean install :)
So this post was marked as solved when it isn't actually solved. I believe a clean install should fix these problems but,...you need to find out what corrupted your Op system in the first place or the problem will just occur again.

Yeah it didn't work for me either and when I checked Vista it was the same. Whoops, but at least I learned something .
In XP it works perfectly (see pic), so I wonder how you clear the SFC cache in Vista/7.... hmm
