Freezes after a few hours of inactivity

    I have done everthing suggested in forums but after inactivity there are no mouse and keyboard...unless you don't have "auto hide taskbar" or don't forget to put the mouse cursor
    on the taskbar before leaving

    Had the same issue and fixed it


    I had the same issue with my Samsung laptop.

    It turned out the desktop background was causing the hang-up. I had it set up to switch the background using my photos in the photo directory periodically and it seems to cause the hang whenever that was kicked in. Interestingly, it only happened when the PC was inactive.
    I now set the background to fixed black color, and I no longer have this issue.
