windows 7 crashing when playing my game and internet

    hello,

hopefully u guys can help me with my issue. I have windows 7 home premium. I play Americas army 2.8.5 and my computer has been freezing up and requiring me to do a hard reboot by holding down the power button. it will do it repeatedly and Ive tried everything from updating all my drivers, bios and every driver i have on my rig and also running every kind of test imaginable to my knowledge. i can also be just browsing on the internet and all of a sudden the screen will freeze up and I get the blue little circle continuously doing its thing then i click again and the screen turns white for about 30 seconds and then it will kick back on and let me continue on. When I load up my game americas army the game will just freeze up sometimes i can play for 10 minutes and other times i can play for over an hour before it completely freezes up.

Ive talked back and forth with developers and the version of Americas army im playing is compatible with windows 7. Like i said before, ive been to numerous forums back and forth and tried everything with nothing changing for the past 2 months. Im ready to just go back to xp and really think windows 7 was a waste of money...

thanks in advance for the help

Yupp, we need to know your graphics card specs, and that picture is barely visible. Also, did you have this problem on another OS on the same System?

Additionally, please provide the information here:
    MSINFO32
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type "msinfo32 /nfo C:\Users\Public\Desktop\TEST.NFO\" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to the C:\Users\Public\Desktop directory to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back.

Yep, had the same problem - but rather than opening it, I saved it to my hard drive. Then I was able to extract it and open the .nfo file.

These problematic devices could be the source of your problems:
Realtek RTL8168/8111 Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0) PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_E0001458&REV_02\4&2EA914C&0&00E4 This device cannot start.

Realtek RTL8168/8111 Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0) #2 PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_E0001458&REV_02\4&30A2D01F&0&00E5 This device cannot start.
-Download fresh drivers from the Realtek website here: Realtek
-Uninstall the current Realtek software/drivers using Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
-Go to Device Manager and right click on the problem devices to Uninstall them.
    -Install the freshly downloaded drivers.

This unknown app may also be causing problems: CSL_PCAPP_LB_2_61_09.exe
Do you know what it is? If not, could you search your system for it to see if there's any clues?
I suspect that it's a Creative Console Launcher Web Update - but am unsure

alright so i downloaded the realtek drivers, but the weird part was when i went to try and delete the old drivers i couldnt find them for anything. so i see the new ones though.. still working on the finding to see if in fact it is the creative console web update... hopefully it worked :)
