True, when an error message appears, the likes of F3 F100-0004, a human being programmed machine to display so.
My question is, to Toshiba human being programer, now that this is an issue, and so why make the solution so obscure?
Ahem, bs. Otherwise fix the problem before machine ever need to display the error message.

There is not a user friendly nor viable solution on line at the moment, so wtw? Toshiba, MicroSoft, you killing me, us, again what the what?

I know this post is old, but in case anyone else has the same problem and comes across this: The error indicates that there is physical damage or a physical flaw in the hard drive. There is nothing you can do to fix it, you need to replace the hard drive.
