Persisten BSOD on a new RIG

i would say its stable, power outtages are rare, other than that i dont know what or how to check. This PC is barely 3 weeks old so the PSU is brand new

Ran Seatools long test came up no errors, do i need to run multiple pass?

There's some instability shown in the .nfo file - try running SFC.EXE /SCANNOW from an elevated (Run as adminstrator) Command Prompt. Let us know what it says when it's done.

i did the scan, it said Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations...

I've gotta suggest looking through the errors in Eventvwr.msc...Windows Logs...Application and System logfiles.
Concentrate on the time when the crashes/restarts happen.

i copied all the critical errors into a text file, i dont really know what to make of it.
The crashes and reboots almost always occur during a cold start of the PC (after turning it off for several hours) sometimes requiring system restore, other times just selecting "start windows normally" will do. It would crash just before loading into desktop, sometimes several times before successfully loading into the desktop, also sometimes just once and its good to go (like today for example).

I have half a mind to just wipe everything and do a clean install again to see how it goes, but i suspect it might be the same. what do you suggest? and anything i should do/take note of it i were to reinstall?

Oh i didnt turn off the automatic activation option, so my copy of windows 7 is activated, would that give me a problem if i were to reinstall? like not being able to activate it again.

i just find it very strange that it mostly will only crash or give a BSOD when it cold Boots, and then remain perfectly stable to use after the initial crash/reboot/crash/restore stage. its almost as up it needs a warm-up before it can go to work.

i also noticed 1.1gb of memory is in use when the PC is completely idle, is that normal? alot of it seem to be used by processes associated with my isp provider(the internet?). the hard drive led also blinks when im not even accessing, reading/writing on it.
