my document opens at the start and...

i am having trouble with the following:
    1. when i start my computer, the "my document automatically starts"
    2. the windows explorer(not IE)does not automatically starts when PC is turned on"
    3. when i go to task manager, i see the explorer.exe , i press file-new-explorer, then the desktop appears, and the taskmanager now has two explorer.exe, so i end one of them, then the "my document" disappears.

how can i fix it, and i am sure its not a virus...

    Hello, Welcome!

Is your system set to open each windows in a separate process? Also, is it set to restore the windows on logon?
