I cant see much from that due to the fact i dont even know what language it is lol.

Got to Start Menuu>All Programs>Accessories>Command Pront (Right Click ,Run as Admin for Elevated Command)
    Type sfc/ scannow
It should show up and try to fix and problems with Windows files (like explorer.exe)

It does take quite a while so be patient:)

If it says it does not find any problems we can move on.
If it says it did but cannot fix them type this into elevated commad
    findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt

Then open the txt it put on your desktop and upload it here via attachments.

On a side note, did you change the explorer.exe file?
Just it says explorer.EXE,it usally says explorer.exe

Hi Minotar, thanks for the reply! The language is Portuguese, i live in São Paulo/Brasil hehehe.
I have done twice this tip yesterday, didnt find any problem at all. And the part you say if i changed the explorer.exe You mean that on the report is EXE and has to be exe? Is this a sign of a problem?
    Regards

Start up repair basically reinstall the essential windows files though.
It may fix the problem,if not use system restore:)

Well, its an idea, but i have some suspicious about k-lite codecs. I used the shellEXview and disable some things that was on my right click menu. I reboot twice and so far no problems. The problem is that this is a really random problem, i dont know how to make the problem appears because it happened and so many situations, and dont happen sometimes for days.
