AH!!!!! I AM STUPID!!! I forgot the device parameter. Type this into a CMD Prompt: "fixmbr \Device\HardDisk0" NO QUOTES and remember the space between fixmbr and \Device\HardDisk0.

So I realize it's almost a year later but I encountered this exact problem earlier and wanted to express my thanks. My classes start in a couple days and my computer is an essential tool for typing up papers and such, especially as it's the only one in the house so again ZeshanA thanks a ton, you made my life so much easier being able to quick fix this myself.
